Ask a questionYes. Base44 says it serves crawlers a rendered version of your pages, and it gives you tools for titles, descriptions and structured data. In my own testing that rendered version didn't show up for every app, so I always check what bots actually receive rather than assuming.
Generative engine optimisation: making your site easy for AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity to understand and cite. Most of it is good SEO done properly, plus clear, quotable answers. There is more in my GEO glossary entry.
For SEO, yes. Base44's docs say its automatic SEO and GEO features, like the sitemap, robots.txt, llms.txt and social previews, are designed for apps on custom domains. A Base44 subdomain is treated more like staging.
Honestly, nobody can promise rankings, and anyone who does is guessing. Technical fixes help search engines read your site straight away. Rankings and AI citations build up over weeks and months, depending on your content and who links to you.
